Bishop Dr. Grace Kariuki and her husband Dr. Richards Kariuki founded the Amazing Grace International Ministries and the Amazing Children’s Center and Outreach Ministries in Nairobi, Kenya. The ministry has since grown, and from that humble beginning, has birthed churches in Kenya and Tanzania.

Dr. Grace is a trained school teacher by profession, having taught public, private and Christian schools in Nairobi, Kenya. Her passion for souls started while serving God as a Sunday school teacher and Superintendent, (Local, Regional and National) at Deliverance Church, Kenya, training teachers and church workers on church growth through child evangelism from 1988-1998.

Dr. Grace’s passion for vulnerable children started when she was young because she lived and went to school with poor and abused children from the slums. The passion accelerated while teaching Sunday school, she saw orphans as young as 8 years used as house helps by their relatives instead of going to school.

As her heart bled for not being in a position to help, God answered her prayers and relocated her family to the US in 1998, so that she can have partners to help rescue, defend and advocate for the orphans and vulnerable children. Her desire is to establish adequate facilities to provide good care, education and empowerment to the orphans and vulnerable children, raising them to become excellent citizens and marketplace ministers.

Dr. Grace is ordained as a Bishop by World Christianship Ministries in the USA, which has also granted Amazing Grace International Ministries, Church Charter. Bishop Grace is also ordained by the Northern Virginia Ministerial Association, The Fellowship of Prophetic Churches & Ministries USA and Deliverance Church, Kenya.

Dr. Grace holds a doctorate in Ministry from Life Christian University and Seminary in Tampa Florida, and a Doctor in Divinity from All Nations Christian Church International University in Amarillo Texas.

Dr. Grace’s vision is to establish eight residential and outreach facilities for the orphans and vulnerable children, to include homes, churches, schools, health clinics and transportation to support up to 1000 children. A vision that through accountability, engaged partners, pillars and friends will experience the fulfillment of God’s promises.

Dr. Grace is a psalmist called and anointed into prophetic evangelism, teaching, healing, training and equipping leaders, preparing the church for the final, grand harvest and submitting to the leading of The Holy Ghost.

Bishop Grace and her husband are blessed with two adult Children, Alex, and, Synthia who is married to Marlon Morant, they also have two grandchildren, Elijah Kariuki and Melanie Morant.
